After graduating from CU Boulder, wanderlust literally took her to the ends of the earth.  Audrey Jo began working for the US Antarctic and Arctic Programs, starting in the mid 2000’s supporting complex logistics and field operations throughout Antarctica. Soon she began alternating polar contracts, serving as the Site Manager in Kangerlussuaq, Greenland- the largest US scientific logistical hub in the Arctic. After a decade of working at the poles, Audrey Jo decided it was time to thaw out and moved to Hawaii to work with The Nature Conservancy as Field Station Manager and then as Operations Manager for the Palmyra Atoll program supporting research and conservation in the remote Pacific. After the pandemic, Audrey Jo returned to the mainland and brought her unique experience to the luxury travel industry managing global logistics and field operations for wildlife, wellness and expeditionary style travel companies. She currently manages expeditions to the Antarctic and Patagonia for National Geographic Lindblad Expeditions.

Audrey is an avid traveler, hiker, trail runner, and peak bagger.  She ran her first marathon in Antarctica, and beyond participating in races, she has designed courses and functioned as race director for several multisport events in the Pacific Northwest. She also developed and designed the Running of the Moskus, an annual half marathon trail race from the Greenland Ice Cap to Kangerlussuaq, now in its 13th year. Recently, Audrey bought a 1830’s farmhouse in Connecticut with her partner and is beginning to explore the Northeast with her pup, Sausage Biscuit.
